• You understand that Fincoadvisors.com have the right, at its sole discretion to decline or discontinue or cease the provision of services at any stage including after receipt of fees or advance payments due to following reasons:

• Unforeseen conflicts of interest
• Legal, regulatory, or ethical concerns
• Conduct by the client that is abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate
• Project scope exceeding originally agreed terms without mutual revision
• Inability to deliver the requested service to the standard required

You understand that in the above stated cases the Company shall not refund the fees.

Authorize us to avail the outstanding/waiver/masking/ credit clean-up amount or any other charges or amount levied by the lender for closure of loan or change of loan status from Written-off/Settled/Post Written-off Settled, Suit Filed etc to closed or Blank or nil status.

• You hereby consent that the Clear Past Dues (“CPD” or “DPD”) which is/are present in the credit report for the actual delayed or defaulted payment made by you will not be rectified and only the genuine errors, mistakes, mismatch of information will be rectified.

• Any agreement for closure of loan credit account, or opening of loan account or credit facility, will purely be between you and your lender. Fincoadvisors.com will not be party of any sought for the same and you will be solely responsible for ensuring all the terms entered between you and your lender.

• Fincoadvisors.com will not indulge in any legal action taken or to be taken on your behalf in respect to fraud or mismatch of information in your credit report or credit facility. • In case of non-co-operation of your bank or financial institutions or banking company or your lender of any sought would not lead to inefficiency or deficiency in our services and for the same Fincoadvisors.com would not be liable or obligated for any loss or damage caused to the user. Also, that the loan sanction or credit facility approval is dependent solely upon bank, financial institution or banking or financial institution executive based upon there credit policy and another document verification.

Delay in response from your lender may result in delay of services provided by us. You understand Fincoadvisors.com shall not be held responsible for delay in providing or completing the services as per the stipulated time and no legal action in any court or magistrate shall be taken for the same. You understand that refund in such cases may be sole discretion of the company after deducting the cost as calculated by the company.

• If Fincoadvisors.com is in breach of any of these terms and as a result of which we are liable to you for any loss or damage then we shall only compensate you direct loss or damage caused to you by our gross negligence however the liability for damages will not exceed the amount if any received by you for the services to be provided after considering all the actual cost incurred so far for provision of the service subscribed by.
