Cancellation Policy

You shall be eligible for any cancellation or refund only if Finco Advisors have not commenced any services availed by you. In such cases, you shall raise a request in writing within first 3 days of making such payment for respective services under these Terms, providing the reason for cancelation. Finco Advisors shall review the request at it will be sole discretion of Finco Advisors to approve a refund which shall not exceed 50% of such fees paid by you to this Order. The fees if any to be refunded based solely on managements decision will be refunded only to customer bank account within 15 days for whom the services were subscribed

Refund Policy

Persons availing or using our services, shall be entitled to charges for the Service as per the respective Service that you subscribed to. The fees, cost, taxes or any charges as applicable from time to time as updated by the management and charged to the person availing or using our services may be refunded after deducting the cost and necessary charges incurred for rendering the services based on the discretion of the management, with a right to either not to refund. In case of refund cases, you may be entitled to refund based on the discretion of the management, only if you have pre-paid the charges, cost, fees, etc. for using or availing our services only to customer bank account within 15 days upon intimation of refund by the management. The records maintained or availed or available with Finco Advisors shall be final and binding for refund or cancellation process.
Finco Advisors may receive a referral / facilitation fee from third party banks or any other credit institutions for (i) assisting with the settlement or payment of outstanding amounts dues owed to them by you and / or (b) for referring their products / services to you and by accepting these Terms you confirm that you have no objection to the same.

Return Policy

There is no return policy of the company.
